SINGLE POINT OF CONTACT FOR OUR AGENTS

We value our relationships with our agents and if at any time you have a question or a policyholder has contacted you about the repairs we want to know. We employ a fulltime liaison to ensure that our customers are happy and that our agents have a single point of contact, Audrey Nass, to handle any situation that may arise. If one of your policyholder has an issue we will contact and give you the facts on the situation as well as the proposed solution so that you know we are doing everything we can to deliver an excellent experience. WANT TO KNOW  WHAT YOUR POLICYHOLDERS ARE SAYING ABOUT YOU?

We verify that your policyholder's experience was exceptional through a third party customer care survey company called Performance Feedback. Over 70% of our customer's area surveyed and with a 97% CSI rating companywide we are proud of our track record. The survey company asks two relevant questions that we are certain you would want to know about; Would you refer your agent? Would you refer your Insurance Company? If we receive a survey where the policyholder says they would not refer we will call you so that you have an opportunity to follow-up and retain that customer.
