The Staff at Grand Sport Auto went above and beyond. On a scale from 1 to 10, I
would give them an 11.
I was extremely pleased with the Manager, Doug Barr. He went above and beyond. I
haven’t worked with anyone in a long time at any company who understood Customer
Service the way that Doug did. He did a phenomenal job of communicating with me
and reassuring me the problems would be addressed.
I will not only return to Grand Sport Auto Body if I have the need but I will
also refer Grand Sport Auto Body to my friends and family.

Dear Mr. Gunther:
I recently had my 2007 BMW X3 repaired at your facility in Malvern. I’d collided
with a deer and had about $3,000 worth of front-end damage to my relatively new
car. I just wanted to let you know that your staff, Lew and Greg, were courteous
from the beginning to the end, and the repair work left me incredibly impressed
with your body shop’s expertise. The estimate was thorough and precise and I was
kept updated throughout the repair process as to the status of my car. I think
my car looked better the day I picked it up from your shop than when it was
delivered brand new from the BMW Dealership and the repair work still amazes me.
I have also let the folks at Liberty Mutual know how impressed I am with your
shop’s work and service attitude. While I hopefully will not have to use your
services again, I will absolutely be certain to recommend Grand Sport Auto Body
to anyone who needs body work done on their car.
