My daughter's car was hit while parked and USAA Insurance listed your Collegeville shop as one of their recommended repair facilities. We didn't shop, just picked it because it was close. The work done is impeccable! Luckily, there was not frame damage, but the front fascia, hood, right front quarter panel with lights and the right passenger door all needed replacing. The car looks like it just drove off the showroom floor. We noticed an intermittent rattle in the passenger door, and Deno invited us to bring it back to be fixed while I waited. He put his star tech on the job and he located a loose screw that had fallen inside--as Deno had surmised--and had me in/out in 20 minutes.
In addition to the work being perfect, Deno is very personable and customer-service oriented. We got several update calls as the job progressed, so we would know when to expect the car back. He really wants to please and aims for 110% customer satisfaction. Both my daughter and I enjoyed dealing with Deno.
